The place was spotless with an excellent design and very very helpful staff. The hotel has particularly good and ideal location next to public transport as well as the local supermarket. Besides, Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum was 3 km away from the property.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The room was amazing, with modern and high-tech facilities, a huge and comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was quiet, not far from the city centre great location, Lanchester House, and quiet neighbourhood, in a residential area.
